Challenge
A press for an automotive client in North America was intended to be shipped but turned out to be high priority. The case 616 x 419 x 264cm weighing 11.000kgs, along with two smaller cases, needed to reach O’Hare in Chaicago as soon as possible.
Solution
OX chartered a complete Antonov 124, the cases were fitted with special designed hook strips enabling them to be tightened down in the plane. prpearing and re-packing the machines was done in one day, all cases were loaded at Oostende (Belgium) the next day and within ten hours the three cases were delivered at O’Hare International Airport in Chicago (USA).
